We made this for anyone and everyone who has a place in their heart for Erik Petersen/Mischief Brew and Denise Lynn.

Long story short:
Erik and Denise made their way out to Las Vegas to play a show at our home/DIY venue, The House Of Wonk, for the start of their west coast tour. We played right before Erik and asked if we could play one of his songs. He encouraged the idea. After hearing it, he said something along the lines of "I've always wanted to record this song with a full band but I never got to it"
During his acoustic set, he ended with "Roll Me Through The Gates Of Hell" (definite favorite of ours). He stopped the song at the break and asked us to finish it with him full band, as he shouts out, "I wanna play the drums!"
That was one of the most memorable moments of our lives. There's also a short video of it on FB in the link provided

We recorded "Coffee, God and Cigarettes" literally a month or so before Erik passed (06/14/2016) and hadn't released it until now. We know he would've loved it.
